Set Up Your Composition
A composition of 3 tanks and 5-6 healers has been used to earn this achievement, leaving the remainder of the raid as damage dealers. A Protection Paladin is effective as the main tank, contributing around 3, 000 personal DPS, while a high-health Feral Druid works well as an off-tank to soak Patchwerk's heavy hits.
Use Heroism and Speed Potions
Use a speed potion a split second before the pull, then use Heroism or Bloodlust at approximately 40% of Patchwerk's health remaining to maximize damage output during the final phase of the fight.
