Defeat Manifested Timeways after activating 3 Chaotic Time portals in Dawn of the Infinite on Mythic difficulty.

Chaotic Time is a 10-point achievement earned by defeating Manifested Timeways after activating 3 Chaotic Time portals in Dawn of the Infinite on Mythic difficulty.

1

Set Up Before Pulling

This achievement must be set up before clearing the remaining trash and summoning the boss. If you begin the fight without activating the portals first, reset the instance and start over.

2

Activate Interval Mobs

In the boss room there are non-attackable mobs called Intervals. Stand on top of an Interval mob and wait for one of the small swirlies that emanate from the centre of the platform to hit it — this makes the Interval hostile. Repeat this for 5 different Interval mobs.

3

Power Up a Portal

Drag all 5 activated Interval mobs near one of the 5 portals in the room and kill them there. A golden line shooting from the portal confirms it is now powered on. Repeat this process for 2 more portals, for a total of 3 powered portals.

4

Clear Trash and Kill Boss

Once 3 portals are activated, clear the remaining trash in the room and then defeat Manifested Timeways. Be aware that the 3 active portals will fire lines of swirlies toward the centre of the room, creating significant area denial you will need to dodge.

Tips

  • If you are level 80 or higher, the original Coalesced Time ability that placed large circles on players may no longer reach you — in that case, ignore the Coalesced Time mobs entirely and rely solely on the small swirlies from the centre of the platform to activate each Interval.

  • Do not kill Interval mobs before dragging them to a portal, as they must die adjacent to the portal to power it up.
