Whelp, There It Is is a 10-point achievement earned by completing a series of daily quests at Little Scales Daycare, rewarding the pet 
Axel upon completion.
Complete Daily Quests at Little Scales Daycare
Visit the daycare each day and complete available quests from NPCs including Agapanthus, Zalethgos, and Celetiros. Without skipping a day, the achievement takes up to 19 days in the worst case — EU players have historically experienced this worst case, while NA players have seen a faster unlock.
Complete Yellow Unlock Quests First
When Agapanthus offers a yellow quest alongside blue daily quests, complete the yellow quest first — doing so can refresh the available blue daily quests for that day, which is helpful if you have already completed the previous blue quests.
Use the Derby Quest Teleport Trick
To get free teleports back to Little Scales Daycare, accept the Derby quest from Celetiros at 13.89, 59.18, then forfeit the race. Travel to your quest destination and complete it. When you need to return to the daycare, open your quest log and abandon the Derby quest — this instantly teleports you back.
Claim Axel from Your Mailbox
Once the achievement is complete, a package from Agapanthus containing Axel will appear in your mailbox.
Tips
Completing the yellow unlock quest from Agapanthus on a given day may replace the existing blue daily quests with new ones, giving you access to additional progress if the previous blue quests were already finished.
NA players have historically unlocked Posidriss's daily quests faster than EU players, who may experience the full 19-day completion window.
