Hey Nanny Nanny is a 10-point achievement earned by tending to the needs of five newly hatched whelplings at Little Scales Daycare, rewarding the title Whelptender upon completion.
Begin Each Whelpling's Care Cycle
Each whelpling follows a four-day storyline: Day 1 involves acquiring and hatching an egg and preparing a nest, Day 2 has you feeding the hatchling and playing tag, Day 3 takes you on an adventure with your hatchling (unlocking whelp-specific daily quests and a forced Hide & Seek daily), and Day 4 has you finding the hatchling a friend, completing a pet battle, and collecting both as companion pets. You must complete this full cycle for all five whelplings: 
Rusziona, 
Belastrasza, 
Zhusadormu, 
Iggy, and Annuna.
Use the Derby Teleport Trick
When you need to travel back to Little Scales Daycare frequently, accept the Derby quest from Celetiros at 13.89, 59.18, then forfeit the race and complete your objectives elsewhere. When ready to return to the Daycare, abandon the Derby quest from your quest log and you will be teleported back instantly, bypassing hearthstone cooldowns.
Tips
Each new whelpling's four-day cycle begins on Day 4 of the previous whelpling's storyline, so the five cycles overlap and chain together rather than running fully separately.
