Upon entering the boss room, swim into the lava to the right and click the Molten Vortex to gain the Hellsteel Plating debuff. Stand in the Hellbeam to shatter the debuff, then move out immediately, as the removal deals raid-wide damage — if running with others, stagger this in small groups to avoid killing the raid before the boss dies.

Before pulling Amalgamation Chamber, clear all surrounding trash to avoid complications during the encounter.

Assign 4 players to collect the Expired Experiment, Stack of Scrolls, Portable Ebon Anvil, and Neverburning Ebon Candle from their locations throughout the raid — note that the Portable Ebon Anvil applies a stacking slow to whoever carries it. If any item is missing, reset Neltharion after bringing the other items into the room and break at least one item on the first reset so they respawn on the stairs leading into the room.

During the Rashok encounter, pull the frog precisely, as it will hop away if not engaged correctly during leaps.

The Magmorax snail locations spread far across the encounter area, so search thoroughly — reaching 18 or 19 out of 20 without finishing is common, so check outlying areas carefully.
