Objects in Transit May Shatter

After defeating Kazzara, head left toward the Amalgamation Chamber. Find a large vat on the left side — to the left of the vat is a table where the Expired Experiment sits. Be prepared to pass through trash mobs to reach it.

When entering the Defiant Rampart area where the Assault of the Zaqali encounter takes place, turn right instead of heading left toward the boss. The Neverburning Ebon Candle is at the back of the room, hidden behind a cart.

After defeating Rashok, climb the chain up to the landing above. The Stack of Scrolls is resting against the wall on that landing. If the scrolls are not present, reset the Echo of Neltharion encounter and check again.

After The Forgotten Experiments encounter, climb the chain up to the landing above. The Portable Ebon Anvil is on the ground against the wall on that landing. Note that carrying the anvil applies a 70% movement speed reduction.

Bring all four items to the Echo of Neltharion's room and ensure each item is carried through a wall of Twisted Earth during the fight before the boss is defeated. Tanks are well-suited to carry the items since the walls must be broken during the encounter regardless. If you wipe, the items will respawn on the stairs near the boss so you do not need to retrieve them from their original locations.

On Normal difficulty, all four walls can be broken during Phase 1 by having tanks carry the items and overlapping the Echoing Fissure placement. Slowing your DPS output gives more time to position and break all walls before Phase 2 begins.
