Turn in cooking dailies in Shattrath to earn the following recipes as quest rewards: Delicious Chocolate Cake, Stormchops, Broiled Bloodfin, Kibler's Bits, Skullfish Soup, and Spicy Hot Talbuk. Delicious Chocolate Cake and Stormchops are rare drops from the cooking daily and will likely be the last recipes you obtain.

In Hellfire Peninsula, obtain Buzzard Bites as a quest reward from the quest found at wowhead quest 9356; Horde players can also purchase Ravager Dog from Cookie One-Eye at Thrallmar.

In Zangarmarsh, purchase Feltail Delight from vendor Doba at the Harborage, and purchase Sporeling Snack from vendor Mycah at Sporeggar.

In Nagrand, visit vendor Uriku at Telaar to purchase both Grilled Mudfish and Talbuk Steak.

In Blade's Edge Mountains, purchase Crunchy Serpent from vendor Sassa at Toshley's Station.

Visit cooking trainer Kylene in the World's End Tavern in Shattrath to learn Fisherman's Feast, Stewed Trout, and Hot Buttered Trout.

Before cooking, collect the following meats and fish: Small Egg (8), Buzzard Meat (2), Clefthoof Meat (2), Jaggal Clam Meat (2), Talbuk Venison (2), Chunk o' Basilisk (1), Raptor Ribs (1), Ravager Flesh (1), Serpent Flesh (1), Warped Flesh (1); and fish including Barbed Gill Trout (2), Bloodfin Catfish (1), Crescent-Tail Skullfish (1), Enormous Barbed Gill Trout (1), Figluster's Mudfish (1), Furious Crawdad (1), Golden Darter (1), Huge Spotted Feltail (1), Icefin Bluefish (1), Lightning Eel (1), Spotted Feltail (1), and Zangarian Sporefish (1); plus vendor items including Simple Flour (8), Ice Cold Milk (4), Mild Spices (4), Mageroyal (3), and Flask of Port (2).

With all recipes learned and materials in hand, cook each recipe at least once to complete The Outland Gourmet.
