Earn 20000 Flightstones.
Stones Can Fly! requires you to earn a cumulative total of 20,000 Flightstones, a currency used in Dragonflight to upgrade gear.
Avoid Hitting the Cap
You do not earn progress toward this achievement while Flightstones are at the currency cap, so spend them regularly to keep room for incoming currency.
Spend on Volcanic Equipment Chests
The most efficient way to drain your Flightstones is to purchase 
Volcanic Equipment Chests at 250 Flightstones each; you can store unused gear for alts or learn transmogs on eligible classes.
Buy Insignia from Chelnen
In Dragonflight patch 10.2, visit Chelnen in Valdrakken to spend Flightstones on reputation insignia, giving you another reliable outlet to drain the currency and accumulate progress.
Complete Before The War Within
Flightstones cannot be earned in The War Within, so this achievement can no longer be progressed if it was not completed during Dragonflight.
