Elemental Conjuror
Kill a player while infused with each of the six conjured elements from Elemental Infused Rock Snails.
Elemental Conjuror requires you to earn an honorable kill while infused with each of the six conjured elements, obtained by using special consumable items purchased with Bloody Tokens or Honor.
Purchase the six items
Buy all six items from Malicia in Gladiator's Refuge in Valdrakken using Bloody Tokens (100 each), or from Seltherex the Honor Quartermaster in Valdrakken for 
500 Honor per stack of 5: 
Curious Primordial Fungus, 
Energized Temporal Spores, 
Gritty Stone Potion, 
Prismatic Snail Mucus, 
Soothing Emerald Tea, and 
Volatile Crimson Embers.
Create a use macro
Create a macro with all six items so you can activate them quickly before finishing off an enemy: /use Curious Primordial Fungus /use Energized Temporal Spores /use Gritty Stone Potion /use Prismatic Snail Mucus /use Soothing Emerald Tea /use Volatile Crimson Embers — since some buffs expire quickly, pop them only when your target is at low health.
Get honorable kills while buffed
The achievement only requires honorable kills, not killing blows, so large-scale PvP modes like Ashran or Wintergrasp are ideal — use all six items in a group fight and at least one enemy is likely to die before the buffs expire. These items work in Random Battlegrounds, Random Epic Battlegrounds, and the Weekly Brawl, but NOT in Rated PvP or Battleground Blitz. The new PvP World Quest areas in Zaralek Caverns are also an active spot to find players during the day while War Mode is enabled.
Tips
The World Quest 'Conjuring Elements' in Zaralek Caverns also provides these elemental buffs directly from snail types in the field, but purchasing the items from Malicia or Seltherex is significantly faster.
