Complete The Vortex Pinnacle at Mythic Level 20 or higher, within the time limit.
Keystone Hero: The Vortex Pinnacle requires you to complete The Vortex Pinnacle dungeon at Mythic Level 20 or higher within the time limit.
Obtain a Mythic+ Keystone
Run The Vortex Pinnacle on Mythic 0 difficulty to receive a Mythic+ Keystone from the final boss. Mythic+ portals will be account-bound in War Within, allowing you to use the keystone on any character on your account.
Upgrade the Keystone to Level 20
Complete Mythic+ dungeons to upgrade your keystone level. You need to reach at least Mythic Level 20 before attempting The Vortex Pinnacle for this achievement.
Complete The Vortex Pinnacle
Enter The Vortex Pinnacle with your Mythic Level 20 or higher keystone and defeat all enemies and bosses within the time limit to earn Keystone Hero: The Vortex Pinnacle.
