Bring Barter Boulders to barter boldly with Ponzo and bring back his hat.
Pyramid Scheme is a 5-point achievement earned by bartering with Ponzo using 
Barter Boulders until you acquire his hat, costing a total of 
249 Barter Boulders.
Reach Renown 12
You must reach Renown 12 with the relevant faction before you can begin obtaining Barter Boulders to use with Ponzo.
Gather Barter Boulders
Complete the breadcrumb quests Bartering Boulders and Bundle of Boulders to receive 11 Barter Boulders. Once you reach Renown 20, you can purchase additional Barter Boulders from Harlowe Marl for 
100 Dragon Isles Supplies each, requiring up to 23,800 Dragon Isles Supplies in total to cover the remaining amount needed.
Barter With Ponzo
Talk to Ponzo and cycle through his dialogue options multiple times, progressing through the bartering sequence until he offers his hat. Pay the final cost of 249 Barter Boulders to complete the achievement and receive the Barter Boss title.
Tips
The 11 Barter Boulders from the breadcrumb quests Bartering Boulders and Bundle of Boulders reduce the total Dragon Isles Supplies cost, so complete those quests before purchasing from Harlowe Marl.
