Collect an armor set from Aberrus, the Shadowed Crucible.
What We Wear In The Shadowflame requires you to collect a full armor set from Aberrus, the Shadowed Crucible, the Dragonflight Season 2 raid.
Run Aberrus LFR
Enter Aberrus, the Shadowed Crucible on LFR difficulty and collect armor pieces from the bosses found there. This is currently the recommended difficulty for completing the set.
Use Revival Catalyst Weekly
Travel to Thaldrazus and use the Revival Catalyst — you can purchase eligible gear from Archdruid Hamuul Runetotem once per week per character to convert into set pieces. Because transmog is account-wide, you can run this on multiple characters of the same class to earn additional conversions each week.
Use Epic Event Drop Gear
Epic item-level drops (480–489) from Dragonflight events such as Sands of Time and Community Cook can also be converted at the Revival Catalyst toward set pieces. Mythic Dawn of the Infinite gear is also confirmed to convert at the Catalyst for at least some classes.
Tips
Accepting the weekly quest Shaping the Dreamsurge gives access to additional gear purchases from Archdruid Hamuul Runetotem, which can then be converted at the Catalyst.
Running the same class on multiple characters allows you to earn more Catalyst conversions per week, since the resulting transmog unlocks are account-wide.
