Master Your Vigor Usage
Instead of spending Vigor almost on cooldown, hold it in reserve. Keep your speed above 900 using minimal Vigor, then once you have 4-5 stacked up, begin spending them continuously to stay at maximum speed throughout the race.

Tips
During Skyward Ascent, gravity does not slow you down while the animation plays — tilt the camera upward to gain extra height and convert it into downward speed on descents.
If you are struggling with a specific race after many attempts, skip it temporarily and return after practicing the Vigor conservation method on easier courses first.
