The Dapper Sapper requires you to plant 100 Seaforium charges that successfully damage a wall in the Strand of the Ancients battleground.
Stock Up On Bombs
As an engineer, craft 
Saronite Bombs or Goblin Sapper Charges — both count toward the achievement. Make several boxes so you always have charges ready to throw on cooldown, as each has a 1-minute cooldown and deals 150 damage to walls.
Throw Bombs On Both Sides
Saronite Bombs and Goblin Sapper Charges count whether you throw them at enemy walls while attacking or at your own walls while defending, so use every cooldown regardless of which side you are on.
Stay Alive When Charges Land
If you are dead when your charge detonates, you will not receive credit toward the achievement, so avoid dying just before your bomb goes off.
Rush A Gate For Fast Progress
Have your team zerg either the Green or Blue gate; once it breaks, capture the opposite side's graveyard to block enemy spawns, then make quick runs between the ignored starting door and the workshop to restock and throw more bombs. A well-coordinated push can let you bring down two full doors in a single battle, such as Green and Purple or Blue and Red, netting roughly 10 charges per gate.
Tips
Using Saronite Bombs consistently on cooldown, 100 charges can be reached in approximately 2 hours across roughly 40 matches.
After your team caps a graveyard, grabbing bombs from the workshop is faster than returning to the beach, so restock there between charges.
