The Lick King
Owner of the Arfus pet.
The Lick King is a Feat of Strength achievement earned automatically upon learning the 
Arfus pet, which has a chance to drop from the 
Loot-Filled Pumpkin during the Hallow's End world event.
Queue for the Horseman
During Hallow's End, queue for the Headless Horseman encounter and defeat him to receive a Loot-Filled Pumpkin — this is a once-per-day reward per character, so running multiple characters each day maximizes attempts.
Open the Pumpkin
Open your Loot-Filled Pumpkin and hope for Arfus to drop — the drop rate is inconsistent, with some players receiving it in a single attempt while others have needed over 100 pumpkins across the season.
Learn Arfus
Once Arfus drops, learn the pet from your inventory and the achievement will be awarded automatically.
Tips
Running the encounter on multiple characters per day multiplies your daily attempts, since the Loot-Filled Pumpkin is a daily reward per character — one player obtained Arfus on their 16th character attempt of a single day (attempt 112 overall).
Arfus can also be found on the Auction House if another player has listed it, potentially saving significant farming time.
