You Know How to Reach Me
Complete all of the Forbidden Reach achievements listed below.
You Know How to Reach Me is a meta-achievement worth 25 points that requires completing all Forbidden Reach sub-achievements, rewarding both the title The Forbidden and The Forbidden upon completion.
Stock Up on Supplies
Before starting, accumulate a large amount of Elemental Overflow and Dragon Isles Supplies, then head to Morqut Isle and purchase 
Morqut Hearth Totem (5 charges per totem), a large stack of 
Zskera Vault Keys, and several 
Reliquary Scrolls of Perception from the vendors there. Also buy any profession items needed to summon rares, which are required for the Champion of the Forbidden Reach sub-achievement.
Complete Treasure Achievements First
Prioritize the treasure-based sub-achievements (requiring 25 and then 100 treasures total) before grinding scrolls, and keep an 
Azure Scrying Crystal scroll drop buff active at all times — treasures collected during this phase will also passively contribute toward the scroll-based sub-achievements.
Farm Scrolls Underground
For the scroll sub-achievements (requiring 10 and then 50 scrolls total), farm mobs under the mountain at 43.93, 90.06 while keeping the Azure Scrying Crystal buff active — this location has a high drop rate for scroll-related items and grouping with others here speeds up progress significantly. Expect this phase to take roughly 4 to 5 hours of active farming.
Tips
The treasure and scroll sub-achievements have hidden second thresholds: what appears to require 25 treasures actually requires 100, and what appears to require 10 scrolls actually requires 50 — do not stop at the first milestone.
Sharding in the Forbidden Reach can cause you to lose sight of minimap treasures as you approach them; using the
Morqut Hearth Totem to reset and re-enter the zone can sometimes resolve this.
