Under the Weather
Complete a Froststone Vault Primal Storm of every element.
Under the Weather requires you to complete a Froststone Vault Primal Storm of every element — fire, water, earth, and the remaining types — by defeating the elemental world boss at each storm.
Travel to Froststone Vault
Head to the Froststone Vault at 60.23, 38.56. A Primal Storm event spawns here on a roughly two-hour cycle at the top of the hour, featuring a different elemental type each time.
Defeat Nearby Elementals First
When the storm begins, defeat 4–5 nearby elementals in the area to remove the world boss's shield before you can damage it. The boss becomes attackable once all required elementals are dead.
Kill the Elemental Boss
Defeat the now-unshielded elemental world boss at 60.23, 38.56. The element type rotates each spawn and appears to be random, so you may see the same element multiple times before encountering all required types.
Repeat for All Elements
Return every two hours and repeat the process until you have completed a storm of every elemental type. There is no way to determine which element will appear until the event actually starts.
Tips
The storm element is random and does not follow a fixed rotation, so repeated visits to 60.23, 38.56 are required until all four elements have been completed.
The event lasts less than 3 minutes once the boss is attackable, so arrive at 60.23, 38.56 before the top of the hour to avoid missing it.
