Buy Azure Scrying Crystals
Purchase several 
Azure Scrying Crystals from the vendor before heading out — these grant a buff that increases the chance of scrolls dropping, and the buff only disappears when you actually loot a scroll.
Find a Group via Group Finder
Use the in-game Group Finder to locate a farming group headed to the Froststone Vault — this is significantly faster than the War Creche at 51.89, 59.9, which should be avoided entirely.
Kill Mobs Without Looting
At 58, 66, kill mobs continuously without looting them for 4 to 5 minutes — the Sundered Pillager at Talonlords' Perch at 57.91, 66.44 and the Irontide mobs at 36.37, 18.66 are strong options since they respawn quickly and have high drop rates.
Loot Corpses in Bulk
After 4 to 5 minutes of killing without looting, collect all the corpses at once — this lets a single Azure Scrying Crystal buff cover multiple scrolls, with up to 8 scrolls possible from one 5-minute session.
Use Scrolls and Repeat
Open your scrolls to receive 
Mysterious Writings, 
Wondrous Fish, 
Token of Blessing, or 
Draconic Artifact, then activate a new Azure Scrying Crystal and repeat the kill-and-hold cycle until you reach 50 total scrolls.
Tips
When interacting with
Mysterious Writings objects, spam-clicking or rapidly using the interact key can yield 2 from a single object, granting double credit toward the achievement — this also works with Token of Blessing and Draconic Artifact but not Wondrous Fish.Farming in a decent group at Froststone Vault can complete all 50 scrolls in under an hour.
