Buy Azure Scrying Crystals
Purchase 
Azure Scrying Crystal from Kraxxus for 
2000 Elemental Overflow each. This buff increases scroll drop rates but is consumed the moment you loot anything, so buy several before you begin farming.
Farm Scrolls in Froststone Vault
Head to the depths of Froststone Vault and kill mobs at 57.77, 66.69 in the Forbidden Reach — these mobs respawn instantly after you start killing them. Activate an Azure Scrying Crystal, kill as many mobs as possible without looting, then mass loot everything at once to preserve the buff across multiple drops. You need 10 
Sealed Scrolls for this achievement (50 total if also pursuing Scroll Hunter).
Turn In Scroll Rewards
Each scroll sends you to collect an item and return it to an NPC at Morqut Village: bring 
Draconic Artifact to Cataloger Daela, 
Wondrous Fish to Turik, 
Token of Blessing to Storykeeper Ashekh, and 
Mysterious Writings to Kraxxus.
Tips
Scrolls do not arrive in the mail — collect them directly from mob loot.
Mobs at 57.77, 66.69 also drop
Crystal Fork, used to craft Crystal Tuning Fork, which can be sold on the Auction House.If you have fishing skill and the
Iskaaran Harpoon unlocked, fishing in the Forbidden Reach can yield Sealed Artifact Scroll and 
Copper Coin of the Isles as additional rewards.
