Find and loot all 6 books scattered across the Forbidden Reach open world: The Burden of Lapisagos from the Spellsworn Missive at 48.19, 73.66 (also found at 51.91, 59.63 in a cave), A Song of the Depths from the Farscale Manifesto at 71.04, 67.26 near the naga, Lost Expedition Notes from the Expedition Notes at 57.45, 63.42 in the middle of a tower, A Soldier's Journal from the Confiscated Journal at 64.78, 34.41 (also found at 60.31, 38.60 in a cave), Return of the Nightsquall from the Pirate Proclamation at 34.93, 08.91 on the ship, and Words of the Wyrmslayer from the Vrykul Tome at 61.55, 33.78 at the top of a tower.

Enter the Zskera Vaults and loot the 3 books found inside: Living Book from the Living Book object, Opera of the Aspects from the Opera of the Aspects object, and The Old Gods and the Ordering of Azeroth (Annotated) from The Old Gods and the Ordering of Azeroth object. You need Zskera Vault Keys to open rooms inside the vaults, and the books spawn randomly, so you may need to run the vaults on multiple characters across resets to find all three.

To locate vault books without spending keys, use Anomaly Detection Mark I — obtained by upgrading traits at the Expedition Supply Kit next to Pathfinder Jeb — to highlight objects in the vaults. Look up from the bottom floor to hover over highlighted objects and identify the books before opening any rooms, saving your keys for confirmed book locations. The verified waypoint for the Expedition Supply Kit area is at 29.48, 58.45.
