Winterpelt Conversationalist
Reach 100 skill in the Winterpelt language. Allows you to chat in Winterpelt!
Winterpelt Conversationalist is a 10-point achievement earned by reaching skill level 100 in the Winterpelt language, permanently unlocking the ability to speak Furbolg on that character.
Complete Prerequisite Quest Chain
Before you can loot any artifacts, you must complete the quests Primalist Pillagers and Honor Their Sacrifice, then work through Hollow Up, Aggressive Self-Defense, and Bear With Me. Speak with Sonova Snowden at 66.93, 12.77 in The Azure Span, or find her at 65.4, 16 if she is not at the first location. Pick any answer during the Bear With Me dialogue.
Unlock Winterpelt Hollow Quests
Head to 66.35, 11.6 in The Azure Span and wait for the dialogue or RP sequence to complete, then slay the 2 bodyguards followed by Stormshackler Rynea. This progresses the Ice Cave Ya Got There quest step.
Talk to Garz
Find Garz at 63.2, 58.6 in The Azure Span to complete Academic Acquaintances. Note that Garz may move depending on your quest progress, so follow your quest arrow if he is not at this location.
Unlock Artifact Looting
Reach Friendly standing with Winterpelt Furbolg to unlock the ability to loot 
Liberated Furbolg Artifacts and 
Intact Scribe Sticks. You can then pick up the repeatable turn-in quests Academic Acquisitions, Additional Academic Acquisitions, and Astonishing Academic Acquisitions.
Farm Vakthros Summit
Travel to Vakthros in the far east of The Azure Span and farm Ritual Guardians (marked by a red circle on the ground) and Ritual Scouts. Each Intact Scribe Stick counts as 5 Liberated Furbolg Artifacts toward your turn-ins, and you need the equivalent of 500 Liberated Furbolg Artifacts total. A full rotation of the summit allows enemies to respawn by the time you loop back, so farming is continuous and typically takes around 30 to 45 minutes.
Turn In and Reach Skill 100
Turn in your collected Liberated Furbolg Artifacts and Intact Scribe Sticks via the Academic Acquisitions quest chain until the Winterpelt language reaches skill level 100, completing the Winterpelt Conversationalist achievement.
Tips
Intact Scribe Sticks are more efficient to collect when possible since each one counts as 5 Liberated Furbolg Artifacts toward your turn-in total.
Both the Winterpelt Hollow area and the Vakthros area must be unlocked through their respective quest chains before the language skill farm becomes available.
