Door To Door is a 10-point achievement earned by unlocking 50 doors inside the Zskera Vaults in the Forbidden Reach using 
Zskera Vault Keys.
Farm Zskera Vault Keys
Zskera Vault Keys drop from killing rares and looting treasures in the Forbidden Reach. Treasures are farmable, so you can collect as many keys as you can manage in a week, and since the keys are Bind on Account, you can send extras from alts to your main to supplement your supply.
Enter and Open Doors
The Zskera Vaults is a large circular chamber with 4 floors, each containing 7-8 rooms — use your keys to unlock as many doors as possible across all floors. Your progress saves between visits, so any door you've already opened stays open for the rest of the week, letting you spread your 50 unlocks across multiple sessions.
Tips
The Zskera Vaults resets weekly, but your door progress is saved within the same week, so you can return as often as needed without losing progress toward the 50 doors.
