Relics of a Fallen Empire
Deliver a Restored Hakkari Bijou to someone with a great interest in such artifacts.
Relics of a Fallen Empire requires you to deliver a 
Restored Hakkari Bijou, crafted by combining a 
Fragmented Hakkari Bijou and a 
Shattered Hakkari Bijou collected inside the Heroic Zul'Gurub dungeon.
Enter Heroic Zul'Gurub
Enter Heroic Zul'Gurub. The minimum level required to enter the instance is 35, and as of the March 27, 2023 patch, the Fragmented and Shattered Hakkari Bijous no longer have a level requirement.
Kill Two Bosses First
Head left across the river and defeat Zanzil and High Priestess Kilnara. Killing any two bosses is required to enable Jin'do the Godbreaker.
Collect Fragmented Hakkari Bijou
Head to Jin'do the Godbreaker's pyramid. Rather than taking the stairs up, go around the south side to enter the interior of the pyramid at ground level. The Fragmented Hakkari Bijou is found on the ground near the gong inside the temple to the right.
Collect Shattered Hakkari Bijou
Engage Jin'do the Godbreaker to trigger phase 2, which pulls you into the spirit realm. The Shattered Hakkari Bijou is found in the same spot as the Fragmented Bijou, but is only accessible while inside the spirit realm during this phase.
Combine and Deliver
Combine the Fragmented Hakkari Bijou and the Shattered Hakkari Bijou to create the Restored Hakkari Bijou, then deliver it to complete the achievement.
