Drop It Like It's Hot
Kill any of the Primalist monsters within the Storm's Fury event while you have at least 15 stacks of Warmth.
Drop It Like It's Hot requires you to kill a Primalist boss during the Storm's Fury event in Thaldraszus while carrying at least 15 stacks of Warmth.
Locate the Storm's Fury Event
Travel to the Temporal Conflux area of Thaldraszus and look for a miniature skull icon on the map in the lower right side of that zone. You may need to complete some quests near where Nozdormu stands to unlock the event.
Stack Warmth at the Portal
Stand inside the temporal bubble at the portal that shifts you between time — this will stack Warmth on you up to a maximum of 25 stacks. Aim for at least 15 stacks before engaging the boss.
Buy Field Deployable Heat Sources
Vendors spawn at the portals after a portal is captured and will sell 
Field Deployable Heat Sources once the boss spawns — stock up on several of these to place around the area and help maintain your Warmth stacks.
Engage the Boss While Stacked
The Primalist boss has over 200 million HP, so wait inside the temporal bubble until it is around 15% health, then fly over and finish it off while your Warmth stacks are still active — the stacks drop off quickly, so time your approach carefully.
Tips
Placing multiple Field Deployable Heat Sources across the boss area can help your entire group maintain Warmth stacks long enough to secure the achievement simultaneously.
