Head to the Forbidden Reach and pick up Sending Stone: Initial Report at 55.37, 35.85. This item requires no prior questing to obtain.

Find Sending Stone: Protest in the Forbidden Reach at 58.43, 70.56. The cave entrance for this area is located at 58.60, 68.90.

Pick up Receiving Stone: Final Warning in the Forbidden Reach at 58.93, 72.34, accessed through the same cave entrance at 58.60, 68.90.

Find Journal Entry: Experiments in the Forbidden Reach at 59.63, 64.91. No prior questing is required for this item.

Find Journal Entry: Relics in the Forbidden Reach at 50.85, 43.46. This is the last item outside of the Zskera Vaults.

The final 3 items — Journal Entry: The Creches, Journal Entry: Silence, and Sending Stone: The Prisoner — are all found inside the Zskera Vaults. Use Zskera Vault Keys to open doors and locate these items. The vault layout and room contents shift from week to week, so the items may not be in the same room each visit. Your progress is saved when you leave, so you can return across multiple weeks until all three are found — this may require up to 30 Zskera Vault Keys in total.

Sending Stone: The Prisoner is located in the Zskera Vaults at approximately 28.47, 57.7 on the Az level. To interact with it, use the Water Bubble found on the last floor (floor 4) of that room.

Journal Entry: Silence and Journal Entry: The Creches are also in the Zskera Vaults and can appear in different rooms each week — for example, Journal Entry: Silence has been found in both a fire room and a room with a robot. Keep opening doors across weekly resets until both are found.
