Caverns of Infusion is an achievement requiring you to defeat all the bosses in the Vault of the Incarnates raid, and all boss kills must be completed in a single raid lockout.
Defeat all Vault of the Incarnates bosses in one lockout
Enter the Vault of the Incarnates raid and defeat every boss without leaving and re-entering on a different lockout. The achievement requires all kills to occur within the same raid instance visit.
