The 
Clockwork Rocket Bot is a 2007 Winter Veil pet that can still be obtained today by looting it from a 
Stolen Present during the Winter Veil holiday event.
Complete the Greench Daily
During Winter Veil, complete the You're a Mean One daily quest involving the Greench to receive a Stolen Present, which has a chance to contain the Clockwork Rocket Bot and award this achievement upon looting it.
Verify the Correct Pet
If you looted a Stolen Present but did not receive the achievement, check your Pet Journal — the Stolen Present can contain either the Clockwork Rocket Bot or the Blue Clockwork Rocket Bot, and only the Clockwork Rocket Bot awards this achievement.
Avoid the Auction House
Purchasing the Clockwork Rocket Bot from the Auction House does NOT award this achievement — it must be looted directly from a Stolen Present.
