Nation of Adoration

Pick up the Lovely Charm Collector's Kit from the quest giver in any Alliance capital. You must have this kit in your bag for Lovely Charms to appear in your inventory.

Kill mobs that are green level or higher relative to your character — you do not need to loot them, as charms are added to your inventory automatically. Charms are not a guaranteed drop, and they stack to 40, so farm at least 40 before picking up any quests.

Once you have collected 10 Lovely Charms, right-click the stack in your bag to create a Lovely Charm Bracelet. Bracelets do not stack, so craft them only just before turning in each quest to preserve bag space.

Fly to Exodar, take the ramp at the front entrance, and pick up the 'Gift for the Prophet' quest from the NPC at the top of the ramp on the right. Do not turn this quest in yet.

Run to the west coast of Azuremyst Isle and use the portal to Darnassus. If redirected to Darkshore, ask the NPC to return you to old Darkshore and then make your way to Darnassus. Pick up 'A Gift for the High Priestess of Elune' and turn it in to Tyrande.

After turning in the Darnassus quest, use the portal to the Exodar found beneath Tyrande, then turn in 'Gift for the Prophet' to Velen who is nearby. Afterward, take the Stormwind portal to continue to the remaining Alliance capitals.

Travel to Ironforge and pick up the bracelet quest there, then turn it in to the appropriate leader to complete the final quest required for the achievement.
