Lovely Dress Box and receiving the 
Lovely Black Dress.
Open Lovely Dress Boxes
Obtain and open Lovely Dress Boxes until you receive the Lovely Black Dress; the drop rate is approximately 25%, so you may need several boxes before it appears.
Tips
Purchasing the Lovely Black Dress from the Auction House does NOT grant the achievement — you must receive it directly from opening a Lovely Dress Box.
This achievement is not required for the Fool For Love meta-achievement, so you can skip it without affecting that goal.
