A Frosty Shake
During the Feast of Winter Veil, use your Winter Veil Disguise kit to become a snowman and then dance with another snowman in Dalaran.
A Frosty Shake is a 10-point Feast of Winter Veil achievement earned by using the 
Winter Veil Disguise Kit to transform into a snowman and then dancing with another snowman in Dalaran.
Complete the Winter Veil Quest
Complete the quest You're a Mean One... (available to both Horde and Alliance) and the Winter Veil Disguise Kit will arrive in your mailbox within 24 hours of completion.
Travel to Northrend Dalaran
This achievement only works in the Northrend version of Dalaran — it does not work in Broken Isles Dalaran or the Dalaran located in Deadwind Pass.
Dance With Another Snowman
Use the Winter Veil Disguise Kit to become a snowman, then dance with another player who is also transformed into a snowman to complete the achievement. If no other players are present, you can use a second character: position both characters on the same spot in Dalaran, transform one into a snowman, log out of that character, then log into the second character — the first snowman character will remain in place long enough for you to dance with it.
