He Knows If You've Been Naughty
Open one of the presents underneath the Winter Veil tree once they are available.
He Knows If You've Been Naughty is a 10-point Winter Veil achievement earned by opening one of the presents found beneath the Winter Veil trees in Orgrimmar or Ironforge on December 25th.
Travel to the tree
Head to the Winter Veil tree in either Orgrimmar or Ironforge. The presents become available on December 25th, though not necessarily at midnight or at the server reset hour.
Right-click a present
Right-click any present beneath the tree to complete the associated quest and unlock the achievement. Available presents include the Carefully Wrapped Present and Gently Shaken Gift (level 1+), the Festive Gift (level 10+), the Gaily Wrapped Present (level 20+), and the 
Ticking Present (level 40+), so choose one that matches your character's level.
Tips
Each present can only be opened once per character per year, so if you want a specific item from a different present than the one you opened, you will need to wait until the following year's Winter Veil.
