Use Mistletoe on the Alliance "Brothers" during the Feast of Winter Veil.
Holiday Bromance is a Feast of Winter Veil achievement worth 10 points that requires you to use 
Mistletoe on each of the Alliance Brothers scattered across Elwynn Forest, Stormwind City, Northern Stranglethorn, and Dustwallow Marsh.
Obtain Mistletoe from Revelers
Visit any inn during the Feast of Winter Veil and use /kiss on a Winter Reveler to receive Mistletoe. You may receive 
Fresh Holly or 
a Handful of Snowflakes instead, so repeat until you have Mistletoe.
Use Mistletoe on Brother Wilhelm
Travel to Elwynn Forest and find Brother Wilhelm at 41.0, 65.8, standing behind the Blacksmith in Goldshire. Target him and right-click your Mistletoe to use it on him.
Use Mistletoe on Brother Kristoff
Head to Stormwind City and find Brother Kristoff at 54.6, 53.6, standing next to the fountain statue at Cathedral Square. Target him and right-click your Mistletoe.
Use Mistletoe on Brothers Inside the Cathedral
Enter the Cathedral of Light in Stormwind City and use Mistletoe on Brother Benjamin at 51.8, 46.8 (pacing on the right as you enter), Brother Joshua at 49.8, 45.6 (at the back of the room near the altar), and Brother Cassius at 52.4, 45.4 (in the first room on the right). In the Cathedral basement, find Brother Crowley at 52.6, 43.6, with the basement entrance at 51.25, 44.27.
Use Mistletoe on Brother Nimetz
Travel to Northern Stranglethorn and find Brother Nimetz at 47.2, 11.0. Target him and right-click your Mistletoe.
Use Mistletoe on Brother Karman
Travel to Dustwallow Marsh and find Brother Karman at 67.2, 47.2, standing outside near a practice dummy. If Theramore has been destroyed for you, speak to Zidormi at 55, 49 at the end of the bridge on the west side of Theramore to temporarily phase the area back to its original state before approaching Brother Karman.
