Personal Crafter
Fulfill 500 Personal Crafting Orders.
Personal Crafter is a 25-point achievement earned by fulfilling 500 Personal Crafting Orders, rewarding the 'Personal Crafter' title upon completion.
Set Up an Alt
Use a same-server alt (level 60 or higher) to send Personal Orders to your main crafter. The alt places the orders, and your main fulfills them.
Choose a Cheap Recipe
Select an inexpensive recipe to craft repeatedly. Runed Serevite Rod (recipeID 47951), Surveyor's Cloth Bands, Pioneer's Leather Wristguards (skillLineAbilityID 47097), or Omnium Draconis (recipeID 46804 for Alchemists) are confirmed low-cost options.
Find Your Recipe's ID
To find the skillLineAbilityID for any recipe, run this macro in-game, replacing the item name as needed: /run for _, id in pairs(C_TradeSkillUI.GetAllRecipeIDs()) do local ri = C_TradeSkillUI.GetRecipeInfo(id); if ri.name == "Handful of Serevite Bolts" then print(ri.recipeID, ri.skillLineAbilityID, ri.name); break; end; end
Place Orders in Bulk
At the Crafting Orders NPC with the Place Order tab open, use this macro to place orders — replace NAME with your recipient's character name and 47951 with your chosen recipeID: /run C_CraftingOrders.PlaceNewOrder({ skillLineAbilityID=47951, orderType=2, orderDuration=0, tipAmount=100, customerNotes="", orderTarget="NAME", reagentItems={}, craftingReagentItems={} }). A maximum of 50 pending Personal Orders can be queued at once.
Swap and Fulfill Orders
Once 50 orders are placed, switch to your crafting character and fulfill them all, then swap back to your alt to place the next batch. Repeat this cycle until you reach 500 fulfilled orders.
Tips
Using the 12-hour order duration (orderDuration=0) is the cheapest timer option when placing orders.
Surveyor's Cloth Bands can be disenchanted into Blue-quality materials after crafting, partially offsetting material costs.
