Travel to Seltherex
Find Seltherex at 44.6, 37 in Valdrakken, located in the Gladiator's Refuge area of the Dragon Isles.
Purchase a Full Armor Set
During Season 1, purchase a full Tuskarr Battlegear Aspirant set for approximately 
7000 honor, or after Season 1 ends, buy one of the ensemble items — 
Ensemble: Crimson Aspirant's Cloth Armor, 
Ensemble: Crimson Aspirant's Leather Armor, 
Ensemble: Crimson Aspirant's Mail Armor, or 
Ensemble: Crimson Aspirant's Plate Armor — each costing 12

Equip Every Armor Piece
Equip each individual piece of the purchased set — once equipped, the pieces become non-refundable, which is what triggers the achievement to complete.
