The Obsidian Bloodline requires reaching maximum friendship with Sabellian at the Obsidian Throne, rewarding the title Paragon of the Obsidian Brood.
Choose Sabellian's Side
Complete the quest Allegiance to One and select Sabellian as your chosen faction to begin earning friendship reputation with him.
Farm Mobs in Basement
Grind reputation by killing mobs in the Basement area at 28.3, 58.8. To speed up spawns, use the Group Finder to join or create a 2x4 party group, keeping exactly 4 players per party across two separate groups.
