Grand Theft Mammoth is a 10-point achievement earned by using the 
Magmammoth Harness while riding a stolen Tame Magmammoth in the Burning Ascent area of The Waking Shores, rewarding the Loyal Magmammoth mount.
Reach Max Reputation
Complete daily and weekly quests at the Obsidian Citadel to reach maximum friendship with both factions, earning the Loyalty to the Prince and The Obsidian Bloodline achievements.
Buy the Sturdy Obsidian Glasses
Purchase the 
Sturdy Obsidian Glasses for 
800 gold from Lorena Belle at 25.18, 55.84 (upper level) or Atticus Belle at 26.53, 62.45 (lower level) in the Obsidian Citadel.
Buy the Netherforged Lavaproof Boots
Purchase the 
Netherforged Lavaproof Boots for 800 gold from Samia Inkling at 24.72, 56.78 (upper level) or Xaldrass at 27.73, 56.24 (lower level) in the Obsidian Citadel.
Exchange Items for Harness
Bring both items to Yries Lightfingers at 33.42, 72.07 and exchange them to receive the Magmammoth Harness.
Kill the Mammoth Handler
In the Burning Ascent area, locate a Tame Magmammoth that has a nearby Qalashi handler — kill that handler first, as you must be riding a stolen mammoth for the Harness to work.
Mount and Use the Harness
Mount the Tame Magmammoth immediately after killing its handler, then without moving anywhere, use the Magmammoth Harness from your bags to complete the achievement and unlock the Loyal Magmammoth mount.
