Cliffside Wylderdrake: Plated Brow and Cliffside Wylderdrake: Split Head Horns — both are available as a free choice reward from the associated quest, or can be purchased for 50 supplies each. At Renown 15, purchase Cliffside Wylderdrake: Four-Horned Chin for 100 supplies.
Farm Dragon Racer's Purse
Complete Dragonriding world quests for a chance at the 
Dragon Racer's Purse, which has a rare chance to contain Cliffside Wylderdrake: Spiked Brow.
Clear Halls of Infusion
Defeat the final boss of Halls of Infusion on any difficulty to obtain Cliffside Wylderdrake: Head Fin; enter the dungeon solo and defeat the last boss.
Hunt Rares Across Zones
Kill rare enemies across various Dragon Isles zones to collect Cliffside Wylderdrake: Dual Horned Chin and Cliffside Wylderdrake: Head Mane; click each item in your adventure journal or collection to see which specific rares drop them and their drop percentages.
