Collect the following cosmetic horn and mane unlocks for the Cliffside Wylderdrake.
Cliffside Wylderdrake Horns and Manes is a 5-point collection achievement requiring you to gather all cosmetic horn and mane (hair) unlocks for the Cliffside Wylderdrake by farming rare enemies, completing Valdrakken Accord renown, and commissioning scribe crafting orders.
Farm Rare Drop Horns
Several horns drop from various rares across multiple zones: 
Cliffside Wylderdrake: Black Horns, Cliffside Wylderdrake: Heavy Horns, and Cliffside Wylderdrake: Swept Horns each drop from rares spread across multiple zones — click each item in your Adventure Guide or journal to see which specific rares drop them and at what rates.
Kill Treasure-Mad Trambladd
Defeat Treasure-Mad Trambladd in Thaldraszus to obtain Cliffside Wylderdrake: Short Horns.
Defeat Shade of Grief
Defeat Shade of Grief at 29.43, 41.61 in Ohn'ahran Plains to obtain Cliffside Wylderdrake: Branched Horns.
Reach Valdrakken Accord Renown 15
Reach Renown 15 with the Valdrakken Accord to obtain Cliffside Wylderdrake: Hook Horns — you can choose it as a free quest reward or purchase it for 100 supplies.
Farm Rare Drop Manes
Cliffside Wylderdrake: Black Hair, Cliffside Wylderdrake: Blonde Hair, Cliffside Wylderdrake: Red Hair, and Cliffside Wylderdrake: White Hair each drop from various rares across multiple zones — click each item in your journal to see which specific rares drop them. Note that the achievement refers to these as Manes while the manuscripts themselves use the word Hair.
Commission Scribe Crafting Orders
Up to 20 cosmetics for the Cliffside Wylderdrake are Bind-on-Pickup items crafted by Scribes, available through the Crafting Order system under Miscellaneous > Other. The materials required per order include: 
Glittering Parchment x60, 
Iridescent Water x96, 
Wildercloth x340, 
Rockfang Leather x80, 
Flawless Proto Dragon Scale x200, 
Awakened Order x112, 
Finished Prototype Explorer's Barding x2, and 
Finished Prototype Regal Barding x6.
Tips
The Cliffside Wylderdrake cosmetics available via Crafting Orders are Bind-on-Pickup and cannot be traded, so you must place a personal Crafting Order and supply the materials yourself.
