Reach Renown 19 with the Iskaara Tuskarr to receive Windborne Velocidrake: Blue Scales as a free quest choice reward, or purchase it for 400 supplies and 1 Awakened Frost.
Earn Bronze Scales via Accord
Reach Renown 21 with the Valdrakken Accord to receive Windborne Velocidrake: Bronze Scales as a free quest choice reward, or purchase it for 400 supplies and 1 Awakened Order.
Earn Red Scales via Expedition

Farm Reaver Pattern in Nokhud Offensive
