Tips
Several of these rares are on a timed spawn rotation; one rare spawns roughly every 30 minutes across the zone, indicated by a skull pin on the map visible to level 70 characters, though any level can participate in the kill.
Since you only need 10 of the 14 encounters, you can skip Death's Shadow entirely if you prefer not to gather 20 Restored Obsidian Keys, as the remaining 13 encounters are enough to complete the achievement.
