Nokhud Deed Goes Unnoticed
Defeat Balakar Khan after healing Ohn'ahra to full health in The Nokhud Offensive on Mythic difficulty.
Nokhud Deed Goes Unnoticed requires you to heal Ohn'ahra back to full health after Balakar Khan drains her, then defeat Balakar Khan, all on Mythic difficulty in The Nokhud Offensive.
Set Mythic Difficulty
Enter The Nokhud Offensive on Mythic difficulty. Enable achievement tracking so you can see when the criteria text turns from red to white, confirming completion.
Engage Balakar Khan
Begin the fight and damage Balakar Khan until he starts draining Ohn'ahra of her life force. Do not kill him during this phase.
Kill the Adds
Defeat the adds that spawn during the drain phase before turning your attention to healing Ohn'ahra.
Heal Ohn'ahra to Full
Use all available healing on Ohn'ahra until she reaches 100% health. This can be done solo by healing classes, and Beast Mastery Hunters can use Spirit Mend to contribute healing.
Kill Balakar Khan
Once the achievement criteria is met and the tracker text turns white, use Heroism or other cooldowns and kill Balakar Khan to complete the achievement.
Tips
Bandages do not work for healing Ohn'ahra, so only class-based healing abilities count.
This achievement is soloable at level 80 and above as a healing class or as a Beast Mastery Hunter using Spirit Mend, though solo attempts can take around 15 minutes.
