Navigate to Supplies on High
Head to the World Quest 'Supplies on High' in Thaldraszus and hike up the right side of the mountain. You cannot fly to this location — you must climb your way up.
Find the Helping Hand
At 43.99, 50.49 in Thaldraszus, locate the 'Rupert's Helping Hand' near a ledge you can dismount onto. You are in the correct spot when you are standing on a sundered supply cache with another one immediately to your right.
Grind the 60-Second Cooldown
Activate Rupert's Helping Hand, then wait on the ledge for the 60-second cooldown to reset. Each activation counts as one use toward the 30 required, making this repeatable without leaving the spot. At this pace, the full achievement takes roughly 30 minutes.
Do Not Finish the World Quest
Completing the 'Supplies on High' World Quest will remove your access to Rupert's Helping Hand, ending your progress for that session. Stop before turning in the quest until you have all 30 activations.
Tips
Each Rupert's Helping Hand activation resets after 60 seconds, so you can loop all 30 uses in a single World Quest session without moving far from the ledge at 43.99, 50.49 in Thaldraszus.
