Fly to the dragon glyph at Rubyscale Outpost at 48.77, 86.68 in the Ohn'ahran Plains. The glyph is found in the air — fly through it to collect it.
Collect Mirewood Fen Glyph
Head to Mirewood Fen at 78.25, 21.29 in the Ohn'ahran Plains. The glyph is located in the air — fly through it to collect it.
Collect Rusza'thar Reach Glyph
Fly to Rusza'thar Reach at 86.55, 39.36 in the Ohn'ahran Plains. The glyph is on top of the mountain — gain enough altitude and fly through it.

Tips
Collecting glyphs awards dragon riding talent points, so spending those points as you go — particularly early in the route — will unlock additional flight abilities that make reaching elevated glyphs like Rusza'thar Reach easier.
