It Takes a Tuskarr Village
Catch a fish with 10 friends.
It Takes a Tuskarr Village requires you to catch a fish alongside 10 friends by using the 
Iskaaran Harpoon together as a group at a Large Lunker Sighting in Dragonflight content.
Gather a Group of 10
Use the Group Finder to assemble at least 10 players for this achievement, as the harpoon throw must be performed simultaneously by the full group. Note that finding participants can be difficult due to low activity in this content.
Summon a Lunker
A World Quest is not required — you can summon a Lunker by using 5 
Ominous Conch at a Large Lunker Sighting instead.
Use Harpoon Together
Once the Lunker is summoned, every member of the group must manually use the Iskaaran Harpoon from their bag at the same time to trigger the achievement.
Tips
A World Quest is not required to spawn the Lunker — 5 Ominous Conch used at a Large Lunker Sighting works as an alternative.
