25 Massive Lunkers found at a Large Fish Sighting.
We're Going to Need a Bigger Harpoon requires you to personally summon 10 Massive Lunkers at a Large Fish Sighting by using your own 
Ominous Conches, meaning 50 Ominous Conches are needed in total.
Complete Prerequisite Lunker Achievements
This achievement only appears after completing the previous Massive Lunker achievements (2 and 10 Massive Lunkers), so finish those first before tracking progress toward this one.
Farm Ominous Conches Fast
The fastest method is opening Tuskarr Tackleboxes, which are found in abundance at Waking Shore in the Restless Wetlands — have the 
Iskaaran Harpoon in your bag or Ominous Conches will not appear in the boxes. Alternatively, find the Niffen Linecaster Fish in Zaralekk Caverns to collect one Ominous Conch every 1–3 minutes. Either method, collect 50 Ominous Conches total.
Summon Lunkers in a Group
Farming Ominous Conches alongside other players is efficient because lunkers summoned by other players can still drop Ominous Conches for you, even though only lunkers you personally summon count toward this achievement.
Use Conches at a Large Sighting
Travel to any Large Fish Sighting fishing spot and use your Ominous Conches in sets of 5 to summon Massive Lunkers, then kill each one — only lunkers you summon this way count toward the achievement, not lunkers summoned via the Looking for Lunkers buff or by other players.
Tips
Lunkers summoned via the Looking for Lunkers buff do NOT count toward this achievement, even if you personally received the buff — only direct Ominous Conch usage counts.
The achievement text has not yet been updated to reflect the reduced requirement of 10 Massive Lunkers (down from 25), but the current requirement is 10.
