Lunkers, Lunkers Everywhere requires you to find 100 Lunkers while fishing with an 
Iskaaran Harpoon, progressing by letting the 'Looking for Lunkers' cast complete after fishing up an 
Ominous Conch.
Reach Iskaara Tuskarr Renown 27
Unlock Tuskarr Tackleboxes by reaching Renown 27 with the Iskaara Tuskarr faction. These boxes provide a decent drop rate of Ominous Conch and are frequently found near pools of water, reducing travel time between loots.
Farm Tackleboxes in Thaldraszus
The best density of Tuskarr Tackleboxes is found at Temporal Conflux in Thaldraszus, a time travel zone. Open boxes there to collect Ominous Conches, then let the 'Looking for Lunkers' cast finish near a deep pool of water to spawn and loot a Lunker — each completed cast counts toward the achievement.
Fish the Zaralek Cavern Pond
An alternative farming method is fishing in the small pond next to Loamm in Zaralek Cavern at 55.8, 57.65. Randomly catching an Ominous Conch will trigger a Massive Thresher spawn — letting the 'Looking for Lunkers' cast complete at this spot counts toward the achievement. You do not need to Harpoon or kill the Lunker to receive credit.
Use Ominous Conches in Sets of Five
Every 5 Ominous Conches you collect can be used at the Large Lunker Sighting area to spawn a Massive Lunker, which counts toward both this achievement and another Lunker achievement simultaneously. Loot the Massive Lunker after it spawns for another chance to find additional Ominous Conches.
Use the Correct Fishing Macro
Use the macro '/cast Fishing' to prevent accidentally cancelling the 'Looking for Lunkers' cast by recasting too quickly — interrupting this cast means the Lunker will not count toward the achievement.
Tips
Looting Ominous Conches from harpooned Lunkers and letting the 'Looking for Lunkers' cast finish both count as progress, so you do not need to be actively fishing at all times to tick up the achievement counter.
Massive Threshers spawned from Ominous Conches count as regular Lunkers for this achievement, not Massive Lunkers — only Lunkers spawned by using 5 Ominous Conches at the Large Lunker Sighting area count as Massive Lunkers.
