Get knocked down while harpoon fishing.
Pulled! is a 10-point achievement earned by getting knocked down while harpoon fishing, requiring you to be dragged by a fish 50 times total.
Choose Your Fishing Location
This achievement can be completed during any of the 6 Fishing Frenzy! world quests, or at any time by using 
Ominous Conch on a Large Lunker Sighting. For a reliable spot, head to Roaring Dragonsprings in Ohn'ahran Plains and throw your harpoon at fish in the waterfall while standing behind the rocks at 81.17, 77.69 — fish will swim toward the waterfall, and running in the opposite direction lets a single fish pull you repeatedly, up to around 15 times per catch.
Pull Threshers, Avoid Looting
Use the Extra Button to pull Threshers with your harpoon, then hold position and let the fish drag you — do not loot the fish you catch, since the objective of the related quest is to loot lunkers and you want to extend each pull session for maximum knockdowns. Standing a few yards back from the water on flat ground gives the fish more room to pull you, allowing two or three knockdowns per lunker.
Maximize Pulls Per Fish
You can be pulled multiple times by the same fish if you throw your harpoon again before the fish finishes casting Going Deep. Occasionally a fish will pull you without using the Pull Hard ability, so stay alert and keep your harpoon ready throughout the session.
