What's Down There? is a 10-point achievement earned by spawning a Massive Lunker at a Large Fish Sighting, which requires collecting 5 
Ominous Conchs and using them at a marked location to summon a gigantic shark.
Complete Fishing Frenzy World Quests
Complete the Tuskar Harpoon (Fishing Frenzy) world quests to earn Ominous Conchs. Each completed world quest awards 5 Ominous Conchs.
Locate a Large Lunker Sighting
Once you have 5 Ominous Conchs, look for a Large Tuskar Bone in your inventory — mousing over it will display a Large Lunker Sighting location marker.
Use Conchs to Spawn Lunker
Travel to the indicated Large Lunker Sighting location and use your Ominous Conchs there to summon the gigantic shark. Credit for the achievement is applied the moment the elite spawns — you do not need to kill it.
