Reach Esteemed reputation with the Artisan's Consortium.
In High Esteem requires reaching Esteemed reputation with the Artisan's Consortium, which can be earned by completing World Quests while using a reputation contract.
Use the Reputation Contract
Equip a 
Contract: Artisan's Consortium — use the highest quality version available, as it grants 150 reputation for every World Quest completed. The contract is available on the Auction House.
Complete Eligible World Quests
Complete World Quests that count toward the contract, such as Raft Cataloguer and the banner World Quest. Note that the climbing gear World Quest for the Dragonscale Expedition does not grant Artisan's Consortium reputation from the contract, so skip it.
