Obsidian Champion
Complete the following special encounters at the Obsidian Citadel and adjacent lava fields.
Obsidian Champion requires completing special encounters at the Obsidian Citadel and adjacent lava fields in the Waking Shores by participating in a group key-turn-in event that spawns rare encounters.
Farm Key Fragments
Kill mobs in the Obsidian Citadel area to collect 
Key Fragments and 
Key Framing. Combine 30 Key Fragments and 3 Key Framing fragments to create one 
Restored Obsidian Key.
Turn In Keys to Unlock Encounters
Turn in your Restored Obsidian Key to one of the available questgivers at the Obsidian Citadel. Once a cumulative total of 20 keys has been turned in by all participating players, a group event spawns that unlocks rare encounters in the area. Farm and turn in all your keys at once rather than one at a time to reduce the risk of losing progress if you are moved to a different layer between donations.
Complete All Four Encounters
Once the event triggers, participate in all four special encounters in the Obsidian Citadel area during the same session. Encounters such as Forging the Answer require picking up a weapon and killing mobs until the progress bar fills completely before the event despawns.
